As from March 2009 Catella offers full property valuation services to the Baltic market. The current situation in the Baltic property markets calls for high quality property valuation services. Thanks to the in-depth local market knowledge and cross-border cooperation within the group, Catella is able to provide property valuations that will support the critical business decisions of its clients.

Catella assists clients in developing commercial property strategies, based on expert evaluation of the fair market value of their properties.

The new head of the Baltic valuation team, Mrs Daiva Albertaviciene, is a Fellow of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and has extensive market knowledge in property valuation, with over 15 years of local and international experience. In previous roles she was the Head of Property Valuation and Managing Director at Colliers in Lithuania and prior to that at SEB in Lithuania. Daiva Albertaviciene is based in Lithuania and is a Board member of the Lithuanian Association of Property Valuers. Daiva Albertaviciene is also actively taking part in the implementation of RICS in the Baltic region.
